My name is Crystal and while I have known and consumed the products for several years have just recently become part of the Herbalife family by becoming an Independent Herbalife Distributor and health promoter so that I can help those who want to be helped, but don't known where to go or what to do, help themselves.

Each day I continue to be amazed by the testimonies of people from all over the globe and my own as well. I have lost 13 pounds in the past few weeks and this is just the beginning. Physical appearance isn't the main reason I joined the Herbalife movement but rather overall health and illness prevention. As a young latina woman I have lots of things working against me from genes to cultural upbringings and traditions and have decided that I do not want to become another statistic.
